Something a bit different

A lot to take in there, Don.
Great design, beautiful Mammoth, and that's some "Random"!

"A bit different" Read: Only the second dagger I have made.

A wonderful set of appraisals! As expected. :D

Dang it Don, ....what...did your ancestors bury a stash of ivory for you to open like a time vault after it gains color? Good grief man!!

You continue to amaze in your ability to make either the pattern or hamon on a blade jump out.

BTW: Are you going to Tom's hammer-in in Ozark over Thanksgiving weekend?

Gary

WOW is right. That damascus is OUTSTANDING as well as the mammoth, and the blade grind.

Thanks for posting it,
Peter

I love it, besides the usual excellent parts (like ivory that's to die for), I especially like the way the ivory is attached to the handle. No visible pins, that's real clean:cool::thumbup:
