• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Thought I'd put this one up for show. As the title suggests, it's not really my usual type of knife, however, I figure the only way to improve is to try different things now and then.
Anyway, here's the details. Blade is 5 1/2" 1095, O/L 10 3/8". Carbon fibre and red liners on a tapered tang, with stainless fittings.
The blade is flat ground with a convexed tip.

Thank you for looking.

Thanks.:)
I posted this over on BritishBlades and received a few comments about it being a number of different styles. I never really intended it to be either a Japanese or American style, it was built by grinding away and seeing what happened!
I've decided to call it a Norfolk-style tanto;)

Cheers,

Ian
