However, on the forum view page, I do not show up as the last post. The fellow before me, RussMo, is still showing up as the last post, even if I refresh that page. Also, I don't believe that the thread bumped to the top of the forum list when I posted.

Okay, it finally kicked in, but it took around 5 minutes. Whole site seems to really be laaaagggggiinnnnnng.

What happened to you is all part of the problem with lagging that the forum is having. The same thing happens to me every time I post when things are really slow.

Severe lags tonight, including the 45 minutes or so when I couldn't log on at all. To be fair, during most of that, I got a screen saying "software update" so I presume the tech guys are working on it.
