This might be a long shot here. I had 2 strokes in June (total shock as I'm 43 and pretty healthy), and have since learned that I have blood vessel issues in my brain and a heart condition. Smoking with either of these conditions is a no-no, smoking with both is begging for another stroke. Unfortunately, this means my smoking a pipe days are over.
