Labrador tea is very good- I used to drink quite a bit of it- another interesting bit is that the orange undersides turn the tea orange- add milk and it looks like you are drinking a creamsicle!!!

I have had granulated kelp. It is quite good to use as a seasoning on soups and such. It is in an old spice container w/ the large shaker holes on top.

Pine needle tea, I have not tried, but I do like spruce needle tea. It has to brew for like a half hour. Use the new green needles in spring. It has a strong relaxing effect.

Hi there Normark i dont remember the name of the Miso soup. Tomorow i would check out the name. I got a bag in my camper. You can buy them at Ralphs. Last week i went to a korean market and picked up some over there but i didnt try it yet. Marcelo Cantu If you add some Soy sauce to the soup i think it makes it taste better too. This is one of the things i like about Los Angeles we have so many diffrent cultures and lots of diffrent foods to try out.

Also ever since I saw "Full Metal Jacket" with the scene in Saigon with the hooker that says "Me so Hohnee" I can't help but say "Me so soup!" Every time I see it .

I thought I was the only one who Did This, My girlfriend has never seen the movie and pretty much just thinks Im nuts when I say it. (she pretty much thinks that anyway)
