Something of a Grail!

Hello Jeff. Very nice find. The color is great and I never knew there was a Copperhead with a full clip and wharncliffe blades together. I really like the combination. Enjoy it!

Very nice knife Jake, I think every find of a grail knife is a great joy. I like this configuration, wish it has a shorter version.

Thanks for the kind words, everyone. This will be seeing A LOT of pocket time for the forseeable future.

Then, when the new GEC #48 WTs come out . . . let the comparo wars begin!

That is one great looking knife! I really like the blade layout and grinds in the pics of it. Looks to be about a perfect EDC.
Congrats on finding this one, enjoy!

Congratulations Jeff, that's a great-looking knife, nice to see it

That really is a good lookin knife.
I'm gonna have to stop circling the copperhead and move in for the kill.

Always a great feeling, Jeff-- and in this case, even vicariously! :)

Congrats on a great pick-up.

Thanks to all for the props. I must be really blessed, but I just never seem to get a poorly made Case.

I just realized this will make a nice partner for my Kane Cutlery SBJ in antique green bone.

I picked up one of those in yellow thanks to some forum members who kept posting 'marigold' pics of various knives. I agree they are good example of a poor qc era. Very good find. I've had a few bids in for one of those, but keep missing.

Good on you Jeff, to have a grail knife is a knife to love- that's for sure. I am happy for you my friend- that extra tang stamp on the Wharnie is something else as well I enjoy a knife that has differing Tang stamping.

Lovely knife. Perfect blade combo. The hidden tangs make for an additional bit of pocket goodness.
