Thanks buddy! I started it because I disliked the requirements of some of the other groups around BF-so many postings of substance, etc, etc...seemed like too many hoops to jump through for nothing other than bragging rights or a sig line. This is just a simple case of John being a friend and me liking his products, his personality, and owning a lot of his knives! Everyone is welcome!

Thanks guys. I remember Jim adding a lot to the old wilderness forum. And he owned a ton of JK knives! Good guy and he is missed. We were better for having known and shared times with him.
 
Yeah, dad had somewhere around 60-65 of John's knives! I have most of them save a few my mom and siblings wanted. I'm the caretaker of the collection, but so far I haven't gotten around to actually count them to see exactly how many there are. Lots, though! Every one is a thing of beauty. It will be nice to finally have one "of my own".
