Something to laugh at.

hmm.... Pretty funny and whacky stuff. Some of the work looks pretty good.

I actually know Warren and have a couple of blades he made for me. Really nice guy, and makes some sharp, wicked tools. I carried my Mythos in the field before I found my Hell Razor. Great knife!

Well there you have it. Somebody with firsthand knowledge. Thanks for the info Robin. What is up with the funny description though? I really thought it was a spoof of some sort.

Me too. It's almost like the guy is trying NOT to sell his knives. I thought the whole thing was a joke when I first saw it.

Warren is a funny guy! We joked around a lot about the design of the knife, what I wanted it for (the Mythos) and what it had to do. I mentioned something about encountering the odd zombie and it blossomed from there.:D Warren was a psych major in school and loves sci-fi and video games. I think it has rubbed off on his work. As I said, his knives are tough even if they are different. I still carry the Lefty occasionally as well as an unpictured street scalpel I got from him.

I really like the "Fancy Eye Poker". Seriously, this is a guy I could party with. Good for him!!!

He sure sounds like a cool guy. I am a little big kid myself :D

Odd. I wasn't even sure he was trying to sell his stuff. And the product descriptions...

"Walk the dark streets safely knowing you too are a criminal, for carrying or using this type of thing is almost universally illegal..."

"It's 14 1/2" long with 9 1/2" being sharp and scary looking. The handle is high tech duct tape that is user-serviceable in the field unless you are very stupid."

And I'm the little girl who never grew up...:D Just loved his sense of humor and dealing with him...he was fair and fast and every email was a treat!! :D

I think that website might be the diametric opposite of Fehrman's. Matter of fact, I love it. Am actually trying to invent some need for any one of his knives, just so I can buy one.

What is so funny about it, Is he is totally tongue in cheek about it, but there are totally other knife sellers out there that are only one step down from that that are totally serious (talking about de animation of terrorist, and third world bar fight deterrent effect of a choil for opening beer etc).

I think the funny descriptions make the site that much better. A price on each would be helpful, or a description of the specs.

I thought the sharpened bar with the duct tape was awesome.

I like the Greusome Mess...

Funning stuff, cool looking "tools" and great model names too!

It looks like you can not only invent a need but he'll invent a knife to fulfill it.

His jutte is one of the meanest looking toys I have ever seen. I would definitely take that thing to a sword fight if the occasion ever arose.

the ringpop and the jutte are pieces i would actually love to own....

Face chisels, what a great idea. Many a face need reshaping. This guy saw the need and filled it in the best traditions of american ingenuity and skill. I guess I want a couple of his tools.
