I`ll let Mark give his thoughts on it, he designed it. All I can say is that I can see a smaller version of this being a wicked neck knife!

That is probably one of the meanest knives I've seen--how does it work in reverse grip? It looks like it has a little bit of kerambit in it to work well in the reverse grip, plus the mini-khukuri shape for general slashing and that swedge for penetration.
