Sometimes The Customer Isn’t Right

Don't let one dumb ass get you down MR.Emerson we all think you make the best knives in the world. God bless you and your family kill em with kindness if that fails try superior firepower!

Wayne sounds to stupid to handle cutlery. Retired? More like retarded. If you don't understand what a chisel grind is perhaps you should just put your helmet back on and go play in the yard with your bouncy ball Wayne. Send the knives back to Mr. Emerson and get your refund, you don't deserve the best. Fire this customer.

Well Mr Emerson, you did the best to explain to Wayne and offered him the best solution. If the customer is being unreasonable, just ignore him.

I'm surprised this d!p$h!t didn't complain about the liner lock missing on one side of the handle, or the wave only being on the top of the blade and not on the bottom as well.

You can't fix stupid. God bless you for being so patient with such a j@ck@$$. I have a Super Karambit and couldn't ask for a better tool. Thank you for making a quality product.

I do hope you got to enjoy the tacos. I bet you only put toppings on one side of the tortilla, huh? Figures. Just like you Ernie. :)

Ah Yes, dealing with the general public. You must have the patience of Job to still want to deal with them. These are the knuckleheads that artificially handicapped himself through life. This demographic is why the government feels it nessisary to making idiot warning tags on the side of mattresses or "Warning this lighter may produce fire that can be hot and possibly cause burns."

I seem to run into these people when I am wearing my "Conservative and proud of it" shirts. I turn it into a teaching moment.;)

Once or twice a year I get this when someone notices I have my EDC Emerson clipped inside my front right pocket. "Why are you carrying a knife?" It takes balls to ask a stranger out of the blue this question. My typical response is........"Well, knives are ALOT like fire, scarry at first but once you learn how to handle it properly, its very useful."

I tell them, "because I can". Then I go on to tell them that there are also ammendments, and state laws, that allow me to carry other much more dangerous stuff too! LMAO. I live in Texas, life is good.

I guess people are still trying to get used to that "new" grind you just started using.
I guess he'll call back sometime in the future and ask about fit and finish. That seems to be another horse dead topic about Emersons.
Off topic: Did they have fish tacos on that truck?

Cheers

The customer often isn't right - but it's disappointing when you can't educate them and when they're badly behaved. Some people need conflict in their lives - nobody needs those customers.
Thank you for sharing. It's something a lot of people can learn from, on a lot of levels.
