I forged this with 45 layers of 51N10 and 1095 to less than 1/8 inch thick
Thin and lightweight; a nice slicer
Heat treated to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain throughout the blade
Flat grind
Stabilized curly maple handle
Overall length: 8 1/2 inches
Blade: 4 inches
