It is a tad warm during the summer but I think flagstaff (anywhere in North Arizona) is better then Phoenix. Yeah Arizona is a beautiful state. Sedona, Arizona is a 2 hr drive from Phoenix and that is nice during the summer and winter. Correct there is no ocean property in Arizona but, we have more state parks than any other state.
