Chiro, any interest in comparing your machete to a much cheaper one. I have a Tramontina that I intended on breaking to see how much flex it would take but I would rather see how it compared to yours.
Drop me an email with the details if it sounds good to you. No need to send it back, but I would like you do to the flex test on the Tramontina when you are finished with it if possible.
