Soon, Very Soon!

mhawg, don't feel lonesome. Vassili also has leatherman on his ignore list because Dwayne had the temerity to offer sheathmaking critique and advice. :p

For the record, I blame Porkerson as well.

Not at all, of course, you may check thread about poor edge on MiniMojo if you want to see why I ban letherman.

And to IdahoSkunk - I have no problem with limited supply of Busse and the fact that you are only retailer. I have no problem with store having technical difficulties.

But keeping us all uninformed while you may just set up some time line to say current status, so we can check and know when it will be ready, or when another news update will come. I have no see why you can not maintain this simple information flow.

Even this answers demonstrates that you did not pay attention, because it is not about what I sad.

Thanks, Vassili.

Vassili, i have posted several times on the status of the busse store both in new threads (5 new on the first page alone and five more on pages 2 and 3) and in older running threads (16 in total). I would be more than happy to sell you a busse knive if i could.

We do not enjoy having the site down, not at all.

vassili,

i think you need to step back a bit and get some perspective. skunk has provided, i believe, as much information as he has. vicki has been working on this for a few days.

i trust them and what they say. if there was some conspiracy, vicki would not have called me the other night to confirm my order.

it will be up when it is fixed. skunk has always given us a heads up when new stuff is coming to the store. sometimes right down to the day and time.

there is no reason to be secretive now, no one is trying to exclude you, or anyone, from the bcs items.

Are you sure????
I think skunk is hiding Badgers from me but I'm not sure why?
Let me know when he puts the SHBA's up for sale.

dave

if you got a confirmation then you also got an email from us as we too get a copy of your confirmation. whats your name, i'll double check to see if we have your info. if scott or vicki didn't get back to you then i'll have amy give scott a spanking

.

Vicki has emailed me to see what I ordered, I told her so it should be squared away. Thanks you guys! Scott

I am not talking about exclusion, just simple 10AM info briefing, this is all what I ask for. Then I can check at 10AM tomorrow morning to see that they need at least one more day, so I can return to my job and not push reload alll day. I just check status next day 10 AM being sure that all what IdahoSkunk have in stock will not be sold out while I am away from my "reload" button before that next 10AM.

Until at som point Skunk will tell as that "Today is THE DAY", I even may accept having surprize time - like early afternoon or something, to have this excitement and rush etc... WHich may be very well part of being in Busse.

But having this excitement for week! It may burn out anybody.

Is it too much to ask?

Thanks, Vassili.

P.S. check my Badger pictures thread I already bring you one more customer...

Why set an arbitrary time to give an update when he can't predict when it will be fixed. Say he agreed to your demands and made an announcement at 10 am that said, "Still working on it, we don't know for sure when it will be ready." What is the point of that? He give an update when there is something worth saying.

After that announcement what happens if it suddenly was fixed at 11am? Should he wait until the next day at 10 am or maybe he should call you and ask what he should do?

Screw that. I want the day and the hour, at a minimum. Preferably the day, and something like "about 8:30, mountain time." I've got stuff that needs to get done.

This is Vicki as I'm back on the computer and telephone trying to get the problems resolved with the website. Vassili, you can purchase any kind of knife you want but right now you sound like a little kid that can't have some candy. I have been working at this all day and evening everyday since last Wednesday. So here is a brief update. Last Wednesday our web hosting company decided to move us to a new server without warning. They had us split between 2 servers. Customers were ordering from 2 stores. I was on with the technical department and the engineers. At the end of EVERY phone call I was told the problem was fixed or would be fixed in 2 hours. Understand that there were days when I was on the phone for 6 to 8 hours and while on hold I was answering emails. You think you're tired of waiting? I'm digusted with the lack of knowledge of the technicians I've been dealing with.

We will put the store online for a test once we think the store is correctly in one location and linked to the proper pages. If it is then Scott will make a post on the forum letting everyone know the good news. I'm sorry this has caused you an inconvenience. Sincerely, Vicki Lind

I was in on the very beginning of this process and received a call from Vicki on HER OWN initiative. She grasped the situation (spoke English, too!), took care of business, and got it right the first time. I don't know of anyone who I would rather have on the case. Let her do her thing and all will be well. Thanks, Vicki, and well done.:thumbup::thumbup: Best Regards, ss.

Vicki, you are way nicer than I am. I guess that's why you and Scott run a successful business and I'm wandering through the woods with an ax in my hands. Keep up the good work and know that we are all behind you... some of us with an ax in their hands. :foot:

Vicki and Scott RULE! Whiners don't (Yes, this includes me at times.). In addition, I resemble mhawg's comment, axe and all.

Thanks you guys.:) It's nice to hear good things. We're just as frustrated as everyone else, maybe even more so.
