My Cocaire Slicer is a great knife in the kitchen. The blade is AEB-L heat treated and cryo treated in my shop to 61 Rc. It has a full flat grind with machine finish. The handle is Box Elder dyed purple. It features stainless Corby bolts holding everything together. OAL: 11.5" Blade: 6.25" Price includes shipping in the US. $160 Questions and comments are always welcome.
