Ok I feel stupid I thought the troll said they got rid of brass. He should get his man card taken for not liking esee

EDIT: I am really embarrassed that he is, in fact, RP#549.

Did you try contacting them (customer service) and explain your problems with their knives? I'm sure they would have been very professional and tried to help. based on your story it sounds as though you didn't even give them that chance. call them and i think you'd be amazed at how they try to help their customers.

Everybody/business has bad days and on occasion in this case a bad knife got through the inspection stage or a sheath just wasn't right and it got sold before it was noticed. there is and always will be problems, that's life! but what seperates the good companies from the bad ones is customer service and how an issue is handled when those rare issues arrise.

At the very least allow an individual or in this case a company to make it right.

Seems like they're trying to get their hands on the precious RP#... :rolleyes: Just look at the posts, stupid meaningless posts to get to the 25 post count. This is getting ridiculous. As great as the whole RAT Pack thing is I think it needs to be changed, too many greedy people are ruining this forum. I think there needs to be more than just a 25 post requirement, i.e. actually show that you give a rats ass (no pun intended) about being apart of the community. Eh, whatever I'm tired of seeing this and tired (need sleep) so I'm done with this rant. :yawn:
 
The big problem is I'm pretty sure this particular troll has multiple pack numbers too.

I’m not entirely convinced it is a "troll"; I believe that it is just a poorly educated individual who was unable to express his assertion with clarity.
If you wish to be understood, and remain as an appreciated member around here I would suggest slowing down and explaining your grievances in a more articulated manner.
Or simply let everyone know that your intended appeal just came out wrong, and you’re being misunderstood. I believe that would suffice.

the funny part is - he also has a thread in general talking about how horrible his new RTAK is - bad grind lines, etc... how it must be a second, OKC is a horrible company, et. al.
so how much did he save by picking up a knife on ePrey made by a company he doesn't like instead of waiting a week to buy one that costs twice as much from the company who wouldn't give him a free knife because he's broke? (if he's actually the same troll I bet several of us are thinking of)
 
this is my first account here. and what a lame ass and PMS tactic trying to poke and prod me until i react then point and say see! damn what a bunch of little bitches : D
