There's was once this issued chinese police retracting/telescoping blade thingy
Where about 2/3rds of the blade length is stored retracted within the handle.

I’m sorry but the knife is in an evidence locker as part of a manslaughter investigation. When it gets returned, I’ll forward PP info. F&F only and add 10% fees...
 
I was considering a waved otf, until I got the restraining order from my genitals.
