Sounds Like Buck Will End Manufacture of the 110 50th at the end of the year.

Armand…your "50/USA" finger groove with no shield on the right is one of the rarest of the 50th anniversary 110 variations out there.
I remember seeing that only 240 of those were produced…glad you have one of them!:thumbup::thumbup:

Stumps do you know how many regular handle 1st 50th 110s were made.

I'm thinking it was in the 7,000 range, but that's only guessing from what I remember seeing posted here earlier in the year. I was searching for that post last week and couldn't find it. I thought it was posted by Jeff Hubbard and checked searching with his name, but came up empty.

According to the BCCI June 2014 newsletter there was approx 11,000 of the Buck 110's with no inlay shield and the anvil 50 USA stamps made between approx 12/1/13 to 12/19/13.

Thanks guys not as rare as I thought. Still I think it is a cool 110. I am attracted to rare 110s and Build Out 110s. I need to read my BCCI nessletters closer and try to remember what I read.

Yes Mark....I need to remember WHERE I read this stuff. It explains why I couldn't find any information on it searching Blade Forums. :)

Thanks for the help James!
