Soungen - Germany Knife Set

I am trying to find out some info on this knife set. It was given to my cousin over 40 years ago. Any help would be appreciated

I am going to guess you mean 'Solingen' instead. That is a well-known knifemaking town. Lots of euro cutlery has the 'Solingen steel' mark. There is no specific knifemaker OR steel that was designated.
