My wife gets after me for lifting lids on the stove and I usually reply with "just looking to see if there any knife handles in there" Folks have asked if the bones on my knives are stabilized, the answer is no but they are filled with steel and epoxy and not going anywhere.
Forged from 52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated to Rc 58-60 with three normalizing and two tempering cycles creating a fine grain structure throughout the blade
Flat grind with forged texture on the flats
Jigged bone handle
Overall length: 8 1/4 inches
Blade:3 7/8 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry
