Offering a BK-7 that has seen very little actual use, but has had a lot of work put into it. PayPal to conus only please. Will ship USPS with delivery confirmation. Asking $90 SOLD, trades considered plus or minus cash.
Thanks for looking.

The blade has been stripped with a chemical stripper and hand sanded to 1000 grit, then rubbed with a scotchbrite pad. The choil was added with a dremel sanding drum, this was done very slowly and the blade never got hot to the touch. Mustard patina added to the part of the tang under handle.
Stock handle was roughed up with sandpaper to provide better grip.
About 2 inches of sheath was cut open to release the plastic liner, which was then heated and form fitted around the blade to prevent rattling. Sheath was then resewn. Liner stays in place when blade is removed.
The insert holding included bk-13 was removed and also form fitted around the blade. This didn't come out looking great, but provides excellent blade retention. The liner doesn't stay securely in the main sheath, best to pull it out completely to use this knife. Personally, I don't see a need to carry or use the 13 at all. I know we all carry a separate folder anyway.
Shipping with this knife are the walnut handles that I made. They are not perfect, but I'm happy with the way they came out. Finished on the inside and outside with 3 coats of linseed oil and 2 coats butchers wax.
Will ship new and stock handles/hardware.
