Source for 10 foot propane hose?

I'm having difficulty finding a long hose for my propane tank. The longest I can find is 4' and I'd like to keep my tank further away from the venturi and forge. Any suggestions for sources for the hose?

Hey Mike, try Centaur Forge, that's where I got my eight foot hose. They have an online catalog but I don't have their web address handy, just plug Centaur Forge into a search engine and you should find it.
You might also try Lowe's, they sometimes carry propane hoses and such for fish cookers.-Guy Thomas

Go to a farm or industrial supply outfit that deals in gas fittings. They usually sell the hose bulk, as long as you want then either they can put the fittings onfor you or you can use good hose clamps. My hoses are about 25 feet long.

I picked up a hose at a propane supply outfit for use with a gas backup heater. They sold heaters for marine, RV, and home use as well as barbeques.

Most propane dealers can make you up anything you want. I purchase my propane hose from the propane dealers then take it to my welding dealer and they put the proper ends on the hose to connect to my equipment as I use welding needle valves for gas flow and the propane dealer dosen't have the correct fittings for this.
