source for elk antler base/crown?

Can anyone tell me where I might be able to find an antler base/crown piece large enough to make a set of grips for a SAA revolver? I figure elk would be the most likely candidate due to it's size but if stag is available reasonably I'd be willing to give that a look as well.

there is a guy here in pa, you could call. he raises white tail, but also buys alot of horn and he could supply you with anything you needed. ive seen some he had that were prob. 3'' in dia or bigger.

if nobody has anything its possible i do. i have some pieces still attached to the skull, one piece i already cut in half that i was going to use for handles on a 44 long colt. the guy decided to go with white corion instead. i can send you a couple of slabs if that would work.
