Source for forge lining,etc,...

Hi folks,

I'm about ready to finish up my forge (9"x12" outside) and need some info for a good source for the liner material (kaowool, cement and brick). Does anyone out there have someone/place that they prefer to deal with?

Also, does anyone know of a source for a good (but cheap?) oxy/acetylene setup?
