I have a friend of mine who is considering getting some what I call Knife Accessories made out of Canvas Micarta in various colors. He will be outsourcing the whole project and asked me where to get large batches of the material. I told him that there are plenty of knife supply places that could get him blocks or scales but I had no idea where to get large batches in different colors.

I found some places that deal with electrical materials that offer it in Natural color but that's it. Anyone ever sourced this material in bulk? If so, any advice or experience would be appreciated.

Both Masecraft and Halpern Titianium have the ability to cut canvas micarta and G10 type of materials to spec for handles.

Everybody is on the right path here - if you want large quantities of phenolic, DON'T! go to jobber/suppliers like knife companies.
Go right to the phenolic distributors.
Google is your friend.
