I'm looking for stainless or Titanium lanyard tube in precut lengths. Thin wall seamless would be best. Is there a place that makes such a thing?

It's easy to make but I want about 800 pieces of 3/4" or so long 1/4" tube that all match exactly and don't really feel like making a jig to make them... especially if I can just buy a bag for cheap.

Use - I'm attaching scales by flaring the tube on a whole bunch of knives.

For 800 exact length pieces, I would suggest getting with a machine shop for a quote.
It might be cheaper to get the tubing in 12" sections and buy a 6" wheel chop saw. Using 6" thin cutoff discs it will go pretty fast. Hire a friend to stand there and cut them for a day.

This is what I use as dedicated small chop saw for tubes and pins. 4 1/2" angle grinder with cut off disc...nut'n fancy cheap and easy.
