You might be able to get some more sources and pukko building tips from the pukko builders HERE They just had an amateur pukko building contest recently. Aliloff can also give you some good advice:thumbup:
North Coast knives I've used before and recommend them. Brisa.fi is very good, but shipping is costly. I really like Thompson knife supply, but the owner has had health problems and steers business towards brisa.fi until he's better.
Another :thumbup: for Ragnar at Ragweed Forge. I have always had good experiences buying from him. In fact, I made up a knife from one of the puukko kits, but at the moment I don't have a pic. The kit came with a nice piece of curly birch which positively glows after 10 coats of hand rubbed boiled linseed oil.

PS: You will have to tape up the blade very well. It came hella sharp.
