Source for RAT-style handle fasteners?

Anyone know where to get the threaded tube/double flush-headed hex screw handle fasteners? I don't even know what they're actually called, so it's hard to search for them! Also if anyone has a good source for inexpensive 3/8" green canvas micarta, let me know. I'm trying to build up some resources for good handle supplies for machete mods.

Hey 42,

I don't know if I buy the identical screws that they use, but, I get them from Mcmasters. They carry anything you could need, I also get my standoffs from them...
