source for stubby solid cobalt drill bit sets?

They're called "Screw Machine" drills. Get em at nearly any machine supply company. Online ENCO, Grainger, McMaster-Carr, MSC Industrial, National Supply all carry them in 118 & 135 degree pionts.
 
Mcmaster is fairly cheap, I found one joint that wanted $250 for em, and another that wanted close to $300 for a set.
