Recently I purchased a new Spider Monkey from USA Made Blade. Upon receiving the knife, the blade was just a little off center to the lock side and the liner lock stuck just a little bit. Neither of these would make the knife unusable and I felt that maybe I was being a little too picky. Otherwise the knife was a super nice knife perfect for EDC!

I decided to reach out to Southern Grind customer service to see it this was a normal condition or I just happened to get a knife that left the shop a little off. I had recently sent an email out to Hinderer where I never received a response so I was pleasently surprised when I got a very quick response from SG. A customer service rep named Karly Cox responded to my request and immediately offered to send me out a new knife from the shop in exchange for the one I had. She was super friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. They were out of the knife initially so she had one made up brand new for me and then shipped out. All of this occurred within 5 day's. I received my knife today and it is perfect they way it should be!!

Sorry for the lengthy post but I wanted to give a very special THANK YOU to SG and Karly in particular!! I would highly recommend buying any of their products with no worry if you would be taken care of if you have any concerns.
 
I have had the opportunity and pleasure of talking/dealing with some of the folks at Southern Grind and all were a pleasure to work with and they went above and beyond to take care of me. I would never think twice about getting one of their products or recommending them to anyone.
 
I did not know it was worked out either. I liked some of their knives but held off on buying one at Blade because of the Busse thing. Kind of hoping they got sucked into that without knowing what they were doing.
 
I sent a Bad Monkey in for warranty service, they replaced the handle entirely and had it back to me in like three days. I was impressed to say the least.

That is what I read in GKD, Zach isn't the kind of person to do something like that maliciously. Some folks like to think everyone in business may be inherently evil, but that isn't the case, and surely wasn't with this instance. Keep in mind, I do not own a single SG knife, I did consider buying one but other knives were higher on my want list.
 
Glad to hear u got it worked out! Just ordered a spider monkey yesterday so this is definitely good to hear!
