So, I recently bought a SG Spider Monkey folder from my usual dealer and later discovered that it was missing a proprietary screw opposite the pocket clip side. After thoroughly checking the box and also the shipping packaging to see it it might have fallen out somehow, I decided to e-mail Southern Grind to see if they could help me out.

Well, I received a response in about an hour--absolutely outstanding. They asked for some pics so they could send me the correct screw and said they'd ship an entire replacement screw set and also a proprietary driver. I am blown away by their prompt response and willingness to help.

And on the other hand there are some manufacturers that will not even ship broken springs for you to replace them... Well, good for Southern Grind!

I bought a knife from them one day and because they couldn’t ship it until the next day they refunded my shipping costs. I’d say their customer service is top notch.
 
Took a while for snail mail to do its thing, but I got a package from Southern Grind today. I had initially requested a single body screw... and here is what I received:

Wow! In addition to a full replacement screw set *and* a proprietary 'Snake Eye Tool' driver, SG threw in a leather bottle cooler sleeve, a leather keychain, and a paracord bracelet.

I've had several and one had lock that would fully engaged, sent it in and they had back to me in less than 10 days. From when I sent it in.
