Hey everyone, recently we hooked up with a very talented young man from Mississippi. He is only 29 years old but looks like he’s been making knives much longer that his years would indicate. When we first opened the box, I was really impressed. He’s got good lines, nice fit and finish, and very good grinds. The name of his brand is Southern Longbeards; it’s a turkey reference. He even has a little turkey etched on the blade. Super cool. Some are mirror polished and some are blued. All are hollow ground and razor sharp.

Since Seth is a young man in an industry with so many talented giants, he feels his work isn’t ready to command the big bucks. But I can tell you, these knives are underpriced. He’s good and I’ll bet once he hits the big leagues, these early pieces will be highly sought after. Check them out here and make sure to look at the lines on “The Karen”. Friggin Sweet!
