Soviet goodies

That is a neat catalog. I have been getting them for a year or two now. I have never bought anything though. Maybe I will......

I have been getting their catalogs for a couple of years. The presentation is good, but the items include many poorly done reproductions at very high prices. The survival machete their a big seller - it is reasonably priced and manufactured in Russia.

I got a few orders from them already. They are funny. They confirmed and followed up on orders through very complete e-mail, which sounds like you're conspiring with someone stealing secrets from Kremlin vaults -- vatch out over shoulder, komrade, who else might be listening in!

Their optics are for real, and I'll bet those toy trucks and wind-up games are cute, but I just don't get much of a kick out of tsarist or communist memorabilia.

I did get the English - Russian - French - German sign "You are leaving the American sector", though!
