A "spa" (if that's what you're asking), is a place to go for some pampering. Not my cup of tea, but the wife likes to get her hair, nails, and a massage done at a "spa". Seems fitting that Buck's overhaul, repair, clean, and sharpen service be dubbed the "Spa".
It might equate somewhat to a European bath house, like The Tiberius Baths in Spain.
