I have 10 beautiful spalted maple end grain blocks for sale. They have been stabilized by Knife and Gun Finishing Supplies of Lakeside AZ. These pieces were sanded to 60 grit and wiped with water before the photos were taken.

I have used a bunch of this type end-grain spalted maple, and what Pete has here is top shelf!! I mean, truly extraordinary.

Thanks for posting that knife. That is an excellent example of what that this material looks like when finished.

Only 4 of these beauties left. The stabilization process almost doubles the weight of the blocks. They make an excellent knife handle and will take a heck of a finish.
