Does nobody just grab a old flat head screwdriver out of the tool box and grind to fit anymore?

Hi Cricketdave, That's an excellent idea and I never gave it a thought. With that said the #14 spaner bit from Fastenal was only $1.64 and an easy way to custom grind the blade thickness to fit the pivot nut.
