Called Spark's business on Monday of this week to check on the supply of Spec-Ops T.H.E. Pack's in black. My son carries all his books around in a pack and I was tired of him ripping those cheap things up.
The gentleman that answered the phone told me there were two in stock, and even gave me a tip to save some money when paying for the pack since I don't use a credit card.
I stuck the payment in the mail, along with a printout of the actual product(I have always hoped this is a huge help for mail order companies) on Monday.
By Wednesday I received an e-mail that the pack was shipping. It was actually in stock. The guy was telling the truth, unlike some other companies have done with backorders in the past.
I walk in on Friday evening and the pack is sitting there waiting on me, having arrived on Thursday.
Service so good it is actually boring. Why can't all transactions be like this?
Got to indirectly support the forums to boot.
BTW, this pack rocks! I have to get one in OD or CB.
