Spartan Blades Customer Service & Warranty Experience?

No experience with the warranty support, but their customer service is fantastic.

I have an SHF 3.25" on it's way back to me after being engraved and anodized. They kept in communication every step of the way, and the price was very reasonable for the service. I actually plan on making a feedback thread when I get the knife back because I have been so impressed with their level of service. They make a REALLY great knife too.

Had a buddy recently send one in. Issue was not corrected the first time. He contacted them again and they are replacing the knife and covering all shipping costs.

I've had them offer to tweak an old knife for me when discussing it at blade show. They seem to be pretty accommodating. For the rare customer they can't satisfy I've seen them simply offer a refund.
 
No warranty experience, but they did a Damascus reblade for me on my SHF, quoted me a one day turnaround. Once it was on the bench, it was done in a day and shipped back to me the next day, with excellent communication the entire way! I have no fear their warranty work would be any less. This company really seems to have it together!
