The Horkos come with the original nylon sheath Coyote Brown but does not have a box.
The blade is new and unused but I did have a professional polish the edge when I first got it.
Its been sitting in it's nylon sheath with the Difensa I recently sold on the forum.
The blade looks dirty but that's just the lighting.
