Spartan Blades Pallas in Flat Dark Earth?

Here is an update. We were not pleased with the samples we got in from the anodizer. We know we can get the Flat Dark Earth color from Ionbond who does our coating work on our wrist watches. The trouble is PVD does not work very well on aluminum. However Mark Carey has told us that if you first plate in either chrome or nickel first then PVD will work great with the aluminum handles.

We are waiting on pricing for this now but know this will mean these will have to be priced higher than the current version Spartan offers.
 
If I may share my opinion - I had a chance to handle Freeman Flipper 451 and found that G10 inlay (I have seen green in person) to be a great way to improve on the optics and grip of the knife. I am actually considering to give the Pallas a shot (it is available via a dealer here in Germany) as I really like the blade and handle shape. But yes - the knife needs a bit of a color (for my taste at least).
