Spartan CQB in Benchmade SOCP Sheath?

Anyone with a Spartan CQB and a Benchmade SOCP? Not too popular a combo perhaps...
 
I've looked at both of these. It would be nice to know. The bm sheath looks more functional but I really like the kydex that Spartan has made for them. For someone who actualy carries one of these for the intended purpose, I'm not sure why they would own both.....
