You are required to post pic(s) in compliance to the current exchange rules as noted in the forum header announcement.

https://www.bladeforums.com/threads...d-dishonest-behavior-in-the-exchange.2032955/

The four requirements for the date stamp pic are username, date, and "BladeForums", plus the actual item being sold.

Can you please tell me what to do with my Spartan harsey folder post after 10:02 pm today so it is its own non-merged post?
Also, will I need to delete the pics and attach new ones with knife in hand and note with my username, date, and BFC? Two and a half years ago, I sold 130 knives so I didnt know about these rules changes. Thank you.

If it's been a few years you may have forgot, but you can only post one thread in a sales section per day. So if you want knives in separate posts, you need to wait a day (24 hours) to post the next knife. (With the Harsey, you'll now have to wait two weeks to repost it, which is another forum rule for the exchange. If you want the Harsey in a new post, wait two weeks and then don't post it within 24 hours of another.) Most people list multiple knives in a single post however, so you aren't missing out on anything by having them together. You could also edit your first post here to add it to the top if that's your concern.

To get the new timestamp photos up, you don't have to delete anything. You could even put them in a new post if you want. The rule is just you need to have each knife in any photo with a timestamp shot, not that all of them have to be timestamped. Here's the rule so you can read it (it's also a notification at the top of the page), #1 below (and by the way it's been around since April so you may want to check your other sales threads and fix those as well while you're at it).

Are you saying I can move the Spartan to the top now or in 2 weeks?

You'll have to live with the merged post for the next 14 days. You should be able to modify the title to show whichever items are unsold. (At the top of the opening post on the far right are three dots. Click them. From the resulting drop down list select "Edit Thread". There's an option to change the title there.) If the title change option is locked, then report the opening post in the thread and ask a moderator to change the title for you.

It's always been "one sales thread, per exchange forum, per day." We had too many people trying to use odd definitions of "day", so we changed it to "per 24 hours".

You can add pictures to the thread to cover the date stamp requirement. The date stamp requirement was added last April. Because it is relatively new, there's a link to the rule change in the header of every page in the Exchange. And it is in the rules.

I sold the knife so I'm good. I won't post more than once in a 24 hour period. When I post pics, I need to have the knife and a piece of paper in the pic with my profile name, the date, and "BladeForums" written on the paper. Is this correct? Thank you.

Yup.
Also remember that once an item has been listed, it cannot be listed in a new thread for 14 days.
