Yes, I know that I have been working with jigged bone a lot lately but some time ago we cooked some great stew and this leg bone was the only left over, I just had to make a knife with it.
52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated in my Evenheat kiln to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain structure throughout the blade
Flat grind with a 400 grit belt finish
Jigged bone handle with brass and G10 fixtures
Overall length: 8 inches
Blade:
4 1/2 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry
