I am new to Blade forums so I look forward to communicating with other knifemakers and collectors. Shoot me any questions or comments you might have.

My name is Rodney Watts and I started making knives in 2008. Rusty Preston got me started so my first knives were slip joint folders. In 2009 I started making fixed blades also and was fortunate to have won the best new maker award at the 2011 Blade show in Atlanta. I credit Rusty, Steve Johnson and Bill Ruple for getting me on the right track early on, I am very gratefull for their help.

Anyway I thought I would list a knife or 2 to get started, This Spearpoint is my own design, it has a great set of Mammoth Tooth. It has filework on the tang, the file pattern is my own design as well. This is a full tang knife that should have a similar weight to a tappered tang. It has black fiber liner and the knife is about 8 3/8" long. I am asking $625

I have a pretty good website with lots of pics and at this time I have 2 other knives listed on that site for sale at wattscustomknives.com

Rod: Welcome to the community and best of luck to you!

Shannnester66, That is a pretty good deal based on what they have been bringing on knife legends and a few other purveyer sites. Do some research.

Thank you all for the kind words and I am glad to be on Blade Forums.
