This is a fairly new design I've been doing - the LBK (Little Big Knife). It's a short, stout spearpoint in .095 15N20 steel, differentially tempered and with a saber grind to a micro convex V edge. You don't have to worry abotu the convex bit, you can just sharpen on a stone if that's your preference.

This one has a cold blued blade, with tang matching, and a short fileworked thumbramp. Overall the knife is 7 7/8 inches long. The blade length is a hair over 3.5 inches.

Tan Canvas micarta handle scales finished in linseed oil. The linseed oil finish saturates into the fibers and keeps things....fresher. It also wears on the very suface when you give the handle a rub after the soak and leaves plentyt of grippiness. The handle has a slight bird's head drop at the rear and a semi-guard forward for excellent grip security.

Sheath is the 'ranger' model. Deep secure pouch sheath with a folded over belt loop sewn to a horizontal strap. This helps prevent stitches being cut by the blade. Double row hand stitched seams.

SOLD

Excuse the sheath photo- I apparently got to it before Sierra buffed out the finishing oils. it's all polished up now.

Thanks, guys. I'm really happy with the design. I'm going to be sending a few off for testing - this may be my SERE knife. I've been really happy with the performance here in the yard and local trails.
