This is a collaboration Spearpointed Dagger with work done by myself and fellow friend and knifemaker Anders Nilsson.

We collaborated on the design, I did the detailing of the tang, the handle and the sheath and Anders did most of the work on the blade including heat treating and etching.

The blade is Damsteels stainless damascus in Grosse Rosen pattern. It has my stamp on one side and Anders' stamp on the other.

Bolsters are bearing bronze recovered from a very old rolling mill.
Scales are Wenge that has been hand brushed to remove the more porous parts of the wood, after which the slightly protruding parts were sanded to high grit finish. This leaves an interesting look and a very textured finish.
Torx screw fittings are heat coloured to match the bronze bolsters.

The leather sheath has details in bronze and Damasteel.

Blade length: 310mm / 12.2"
Overall length: 475mm / 18.7"
Blade thickness: 5mm / 0.2"
Weight of the knife is 477grams / 18.8ounce
Weight with sheath is 648grams / 22.9ounce

I want $2950 including insured shipping.

Wire transfer is preferred, but I do take Paypal with the aditional fees.

More pictures can be taken on short notice.
