Spec-Ops and Kydex

Has anyone replaced the original liner in the spec-ops sheath with a kydex one? Is it easy, and/or should I not bother? Is the liner good? Thanks!!

I did a few and consider it a big upgrade.
The kydex holds the knife secure, and prevents rattling.

How easy or hard is it? I have a knife with a kydex rig already but just the spec-ops and really like it. Any pointers? Thanks!

its not gonna be super easy, but anything worth doin right, should be a little tough anyway! Give it a go and see what kind of problems you run into, then by way of trial and error you will no doubt comeup with something that you really like!
