This pack is brand new with the tags, although the tags have come off. I have carried this pack a couple of times with no issues. There is a small place on this pack with something yellow on the outside. It does not take away from the function or good looks but I wanted to be sure and mention it. I can get a close up if you like. I believe it is from the yellow factory tags. All straps are included with this pack.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IF LOOKING FOR A BRAND NEW BAG AT HALF PRICE YOU CAN CARRY AT THE MALL. IF YOU REALIZE THE MASAI WARRIORS AND ELEPHANTS DON'T CARE ABOUT WHAT YOUR STYLING TASTES ARE HOWEVER THIS IS THE ONE. IF YOU NEED TO CARRY A GREAT DEAL OF GEAR IN A LARGE SHOULDER BAG IT WILL SERVE YOU WELL FOR GENERATIONS TO COME.
The bag has 2 expandable pockets on the front, one slit pocket across the back, and one large main pocket. This bag is easily large enough to carry a full days worth of books that are in the 8.5 X 11 inch range, and has a large leather carry handle on the rear. It also comes with a large leather shoulder strap. While not as tactical as nylon this bag has a lot more ci, and is greatly toned down from the milspec stuff. Please note that while in great shape this bag is a user. There are some scuff marks on the flap, some of the leather has faded, just character stuff but no integrity issues whatsoever.

Spec - Ops sheaths - Coyote Brown and OD - Dozier Knife NOT included. OD Sheath has been sold and shipped.
I have one sheath for sale. It is the short, brown sheath and works great for a 5 inch long and 1 to 1.5 inch wide blade. The retention strap is highly adjustable and there is a black plastic insert that can be easily molded to the shape of your specific knife by warming it up in boiling water. There is some fraying on the pocket of one brown sheath that you can easily see in the pics and the finish is flaking on the screw tensioner at the bottom of the sheath. This is a great working sheath.
I am going to withdraw the short brown sheath for now. The other two have been sold, shipped and received.
