Special Edition Team Gemini A2 . . . .Special Offer. . . And Specs. . . Coming Sept. 6, 2017

I was going for blackout with my order so I consider the stealth logo a plus. I'd choose it if it were an option. Honestly I think the block logo has more to do with screen visibility on the walking dead and son's or anarchy ect. Posted my HHFSH for comparison. Both logos are kinda muted.

these are a beast, one hour in and its been thrown numerous times, and chopped up some poor fence post . The black wrinkle finished flattens out easy, but i think it looks better already and will look good when used like it should be. Its heavy!

Yes Murman, my bad lol
That looks awesome, I always assumed it was more plasticy, but U can really see the Weave, almost like Canvas. This may just push me off the fence to change 1 of my Comp Daggers to black G10

Any one own a battle gradeTG and this one and which one do you prefer? Are there any real differences?

I have both, however the A2TG has G10 handles while the BGTG has micarta (G10 is heavier which may explain the difference in balance).

The A2TG feels a bit more butt heavy whereas the BGTG feels a bit more tip heavy. Both are very well balanced.

The A2TG has rounded talon holes (the outside is rounded/beveled) while the BGTG's are much more square.

Past that, I can't really say there's much of a difference. They are both relatively heavy......

Overall, the A2TG's finish details seem to have more attention paid to them, but I don't know how much of a difference it makes to you.

I will say that the BGTG is every bit as much a TG as any other........the main question really ends up being what steel, what budget, and how much $ are you willing to spend to get INFI and lighter?

Just returned from chopping w the a2. The wrinkle finish is soft, it flattens out nicely after chopping, looks like the flat black from a basic. it looks way better to me. you can take a rubber mallet and 'ping' most of it really easy.By the way, the more i use it, the more i like it.

How did the edge hold up?

Edge retention as expected. Its toothy, but still there after 15 throws and lot's of chopping into a hardwood post that was up rooted. Its a beast. I'm going to keep breaking mine in and will keep everyone posted. I used to have a hummer H1. for some reason this knife makes me think of it. Also want to shout out to Rainwalker sheaths, great job!

Got my sage and green micarta tonight. Sage coating looks a little thicker and wavier than some of the others I've had but not really an issue. I usually love black micarta but my wife ordered me the green and I absolutely love it. Logo looks nice and crisp. Overall an awesome knife. Haha my wife told me I better use it, she said she didn't buy it so it could sit around in the safe.

I bought four of these over the weekend with an average price of $500 all sharpened by Garth, listed as a bonus feature! Kidding :)

Black Micarta / Silver $450
Black and Brown G10 / Black $500
Green Micarta / Black $550
Black and Green G10 / Silver $500

Thanks for the resales.
What are you going to do with 4?

I dont know, any recommendations?[/QUOTE]

Why would I have recommendations about your knives? You must have had a reason for dropping 2 grand on multiple versions of the same knife? Seems like you paid a pretty hefty markup too
