Welcome to the Groundhog Day edition of Fiddleback Friday. This week I have 16 knives for you to look at. More bolstered handles this week, and a pommeled handle. I used the kirinite cutoff scraps from last weeks bolstered handle to make the pommel chips so there won’t be an upcharge for using the kirinite on that knife (a Bushfinger).

As always, my first priority is to thank all of you. Fiddleback Forge depends on y’all, and we hope you love the tool you buy from us.

The prices this week are without sheaths. I am lucky enough to work with both Heber Ellsworth and Rick Lowe. Both make fantastic sheaths that are completely different from one another. I appreciate your support for them as well.

All of the steel this week is 3D Spalted 01.

Payment may be made to Paypal, or by personal check or MO. I hold all personal checks until they have cleared. This usually doesn’t cause a delay because they usually clear before shipping day.

Attention!!! The paypal address is: fiddlebackpayments at att dot net. Please describe your purchase in the payment notes.

Shipping is included within the US. We do all our shipping on Thursdays.

Now onto this week’s batch!:

I haave two knives from the Karda family this week. A 3 finger Karda and a Bushcraft Karda:

THANK YOU IcyBlueSmile -- that one REALLY tempted me. I like the hollow pins and the matte scales.

Andy - another stunner of a batch -- I really like the bolstered scales on several of the knives, especially the Arete.

The Ladyfinger, KPH and Bushfinger caught my eye this week. :)

The blade on the KPH looks identical to mine, minus the patina which mine is developing. At first, I thought the handle was going to be a hidden tang because the blade is identical to the blade on my hidden tang model. Tapered tang is still cool and that green pin stripe was a nice touch!

I'll take the KPH! I've been lurking for weeks and this is exactly what I've been waiting for.

Thanks, Paypal incoming.

Oh, if only my tax returns were here.....great looking batch, loving the ladyfinger and bushfinger

Congrats on snagging the KPH. It makes a great hunting/food prep knife. I hear tell that it also works great as a woodsy knife, but mine hasn't seen that kind of use as of yet. It is a favorite of mine in the kitchen. :)

nice batch! Closest thing that catches my eye is that Rosewood kephart. Hmm decisions decisions

Thanks guys, this is actually a groomsmen's gift and I'm pretty excited to give it away. We are both hunters/hikers and from what I've seen it should fit the bill...with some style too!

Now I'm going to have to start watching for a Fiddleback for myself...
